In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with farm and agribusiness clients, leading engagements or collaborating as part of a team.
  • Deliver high-value consulting services that support our clients’ long-term success.
  • Promote and represent the Backswath brand to strengthen our market presence.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by generating a targeted annual revenue goal.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert farm and agribusiness consulting services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement farm management strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Lead or support business development initiatives to expand our reach and impact.
